Our Story
Zaman Mediterranean Fresh was created out of a deep appreciation for the flavors, hospitality, and culture of the Middle East. Inspired by the meals he grew up with in Damascus, Wassim Kabouk opened Zaman to share those same traditions with the Denver community.
What began as a personal connection to home-cooked food has grown into a neighborhood favorite, a place where heritage is honored and flavor is never compromised.
